These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and vios4d. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform.

Access to the Platform and participation in any wagering activity is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 21+ vios4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after deduction of applicable processing fees.
vios4d primarily serves the Indonesian online betting market. By using the Platform, you confirm that:
Each individual person may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account or participate in promotions:
To access vios4d's full range of services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. vios4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any unauthorized access to your Account must be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected]. vios4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the User failed to take reasonable security precautions.
vios4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved or account limits are raised:
vios4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
vios4d accepts deposits via the following local payment channels:
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made from payment methods registered under a name other than the Account holder's verified name will be declined and returned. vios4d does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher threshold. Minimum deposit requirements for individual promotions are stated within the respective bonus terms.
Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to the operational availability of the relevant payment provider. vios4d is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider downtime, bank maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
vios4d may impose deposit limits at the platform level or at an individual Account level. Members may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
To request a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

vios4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operational hours. Larger withdrawal amounts or accounts flagged for enhanced review may take up to 24 hours. vios4d operates a 24/7 withdrawal processing desk; there are no business-hours restrictions on withdrawal approval times.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If the original payment channel is unavailable, vios4d may route the withdrawal to an alternative verified account held in the User's name, subject to prior confirmation.
Note: vios4d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside vios4d's control.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by vios4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum deposit thresholds are clearly stated on each promotion's page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus balance.
vios4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:
vios4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
vios4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion. vios4d's decision on all promotional matters is final and binding.
vios4d reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including after a bet has been submitted, if a technical error, odds pricing error, or rule violation is identified. Bets accepted and settled in good faith under correct market conditions are binding on both parties.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game type, and Account tier. Current limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. vios4d reserves the right to adjust limits for individual Accounts without prior notice.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Balance under the following circumstances:
vios4d offers a full range of pre-match and live in-play markets across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Indonesian-specific market formats including Asian Handicap (voor bola — a points-spread format widely used in the Indonesian market) and mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) are fully supported. In-play markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key moments of an event (e.g., goals, red cards, injury time). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be either rejected or held pending the resumption of the market, as indicated on screen at the time of placement. vios4d accepts no liability for connectivity issues that prevent a User from placing or cancelling a live bet.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vios4d platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

vios4d makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, game results, account balances, and statistical data displayed on the Platform are accurate. In the event of a discrepancy caused by a technical error, the verified server-side record shall prevail. vios4d is not liable for losses arising from a User's reliance on inaccurately displayed information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vios4d's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall vios4d be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if vios4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vios4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vios4d reasonably believes that:
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the vios4d support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your primary payment method within five (5) business days.
Upon termination of an Account — whether initiated by vios4d or the Member — all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13) shall remain in full force.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vios4d holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause limits vios4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened breaches of these Terms.
vios4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vios4d will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification, email to the registered Account address, or a prominent notice on the homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
